Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction for the HR function, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Organisational Development: Lead change management initiatives, driving transformation and ensuring effective communication across the organisation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, mitigating risk and advising on best practices.
- Team Management: Manage and develop the HR team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering results.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Qualifications: Relevant HR qualifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD Level 7).
