Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Qualifications: Relevant HR qualifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD Level 7).
