Psychology Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Teacher to join our team at a thriving secondary school in Kingston. The successful candidate will be instrumental in igniting curiosity and fostering a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior among students.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging Psychology lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, aligned with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, inquiry, and exploration of psychological concepts.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Humanities or Social Sciences faculty to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
- Stay abreast of current developments in psychological research and incorporate them into teaching practice.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Psychology at the secondary school level is preferred but not required; NQTs are welcome to apply.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, aligned with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
