Job Title: Talent Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team at A&L Goodbody LLP. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy and driving business success.

About the Role

The Talent Manager will be responsible for leading the talent function in Belfast, collaborating with the partnership and Talent Director to shape the talent strategy, and driving our recruitment strategy to deliver on firm strategy and growth.

You will also be responsible for championing diversity, equality, and inclusion values and practices within the firm, managing key external partnerships, and leading reward strategies.

Additionally, you will conduct research and analysis of key employee data, provide counsel and oversee employee relations issues, and lead on special projects.

Requirements
  • CIPD qualified
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
  • Broad knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, pay and reward, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of NI employment laws and regulations
  • Evidenced experience of building strong collaborative relationships with multiple parties internally and externally
  • Demonstrable evidence of how you have shaped HR strategy for the success of business
  • Effective leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a skill in recognising the importance of timing and method of communication dependent on situation
  • A passion for progressing Diversity & Inclusion and ensuring a culture of belonging
