Norse Group is seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional food services.

In this role, you will leverage your culinary expertise to create a diverse and appealing menu that emphasizes locally sourced and nutritious ingredients, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. You will oversee the catering department, specifically catering to children with complex dietary needs, including modified diets and allergy considerations.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to menu planning and budgeting, ensuring the provision of healthy meals, and managing a small team to guarantee timely and quality food preparation.

Key Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess a genuine passion for food service and the ability to establish a new kitchen operation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

Proven experience in managing a busy kitchen, with the ability to coordinate staff while being actively involved in meal preparation and cooking Expertise in menu creation and financial management, with a commitment to promoting healthy eating Relevant Food Hygiene certification, with practical experience in a catering setting
