Job Summary:

Corecruitment International is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead a team at a unique and iconic venue in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape an exceptional dining experience in a place where tradition meets contemporary style.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the venue's management team to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
