We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Workday Technical. In this position, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project, requiring knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project activities for a Workday HCM project, including requirement gathering, feasibility study, design, build, and deployment.
  • Develop and implement new Workday functional features, presenting them to business stakeholders and engaging in end-to-end regression testing.
  • Coordinate and manage the project, ensuring successful completion.
  • Understand and manage Workday integration execution/launch parameters.
  • Develop Workday integrations, including implementation, enhancements, and production support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • BE/MBA/M.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in Workday integration, including implementation, enhancements, and production support.
    • Knowledge of Workday security configuration.
    • Hands-on experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and other Workday tools.
