Senior Technical Consultant

Glasgow / Edinburgh – Hybrid

£60,000 DOE

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Technical Consultant to join the Professional Services team at Be-IT. As a key member of our team, you will support the deployment of cutting-edge financial management solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation Support: Provide daily support for financial management solution implementations.
  • Estimation and Discovery: Perform high-level estimation tasks and prepare inputs for the Bid Approval Process.
  • Client Collaboration and Solution Design: Understand client processes and design solutions to meet their needs.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to outline delivery plans.
  • Quality Assurance and Monitoring: Track project progress and support acceptance testing.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Conduct status meetings and document key discussions.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and escalations.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of CASS, Payments, Banking, Asset Management, or Insurance.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of change control and software development lifecycle.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Education: Degree in a relevant subject or appropriate business analysis certification.
