Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at Oliver Brookes. As a key member of our People and Leadership function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Reward Team and business leaders with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market data to inform compensation decisions and ensure pay equity initiatives are implemented effectively.
  • Conduct job levelling and support pay and bonus cycles to ensure accurate and fair compensation practices.
  • Manage the administration of share plans and ensure accurate payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to influence decision-making processes and shape the future of our organisation.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills and exceptional computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to build strong professional relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
