Key Responsibilities

  • Perform spa treatments in a luxurious and serene environment, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide personalized consultations to guests, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
  • Upsell spa treatments and retail products to generate revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure the spa area is immaculately clean and well-presented, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest spa treatments and products.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the spa by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in spa treatments and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
