The Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments and providing outstanding customer care. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Ensure clients receive excellent quality treatments and provide customer care to the highest standard.
  • Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Achieve sales and treatment targets.
  • Ensure therapy rooms are comfortable, clean, and tidy.
  • Abide by all Health & Safety Guidelines.
  • Provide clients with personalized experiences, including post-treatment advice and product recommendations.
Person Specification
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a hygienic and organized workspace.
