About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Community and Events programme. As the Head of Community and Events, you will be responsible for delivering a target of £650,000 in income through key events and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of five within our dedicated Fundraising Team to deliver the Community and Events programme within budget.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key supporters, internal stakeholders, and networks of contacts.
  • Deliver the Community and Events programme within budget, monitor income and expenditure, and provide clear monthly reports.
  • Ability to envision and drive forward growth through strategic planning.
  • Extensive project management experience in mass participation income-generating activities.
  • Entrepreneurial skills with a flexible, 'can-do' approach.
