The alliance collaborates across the project to unify and streamline the execution of all primary Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling, and related support services.

This innovative strategy will facilitate various contractors working cohesively to achieve the intricate installation of cabling and piping within the extensive network of rooms in the power station.

Role Overview
As an Asset Information Coordinator, your responsibilities will be unique and impactful.

Being part of the MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point C presents an opportunity to engage in a major project of national importance.

Your objective is to ensure the traceability of assets and their quality management, guaranteeing that throughout the construction and operational phases, the facility can verify all components and maintain them effectively.

On a daily basis, you will ensure our systems are configured to provide data throughout the asset lifecycle, adhering to the standards set by nuclear and construction regulations.

Joining our joint venture will offer you extensive exposure across all partners and excellent career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficient use of Asset Suite 9 and its functionalities, including MRs, IWOC Development, Execution, and Closure.
  • Facilitate MEH Joint Venture orientation and other training-related activities.
  • Assist field operations to ensure effective adoption of Asset Suite 9 in support of the Implementation Lead.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving daily issues for all MEH Asset Suite 9 users.
  • Support the identification of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) requirements based on user observations.
  • Oversee compliance in the field concerning Asset Suite 9 processes and procedures.
  • Assist the MEH Joint Venture Implementation Lead in executing their responsibilities.

This position is full-time, comprising 38 hours per week, based at Hinkley Point C.

Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Asset Information Coordinator.
  • Ability to instruct new users effectively.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills across various functions and stakeholders.
  • Experience in a joint venture environment (preferred).
