About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Lead to join our team at Iris Worldwide. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our people agenda and enabling our overall talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support both the business vision and our employee experience.
  • Partner with our Head of L&D to lead and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
  • Act as our overall DE&I Lead, spearheading cross-functional diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage the London People team to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices and industry trends, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience and support business goals.

  • Proven experience in a People Lead or HR Business Partner role.
