Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at YMCA England & Wales. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in the success of our charity shop.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of sales.
- Manage stock rotation, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize income and promote the work of YMCA.
- Deputize for the Store Manager as needed, taking on additional responsibilities and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
- Work effectively with the store team to create a positive and inclusive shopping environment.
