Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Manage stock levels, merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Work effectively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maximize income for the charity
- Deputize for the Store Manager as needed and take on additional responsibilities
