Position Overview

Are you well-versed in Rates or FX within a technology or product-focused role? This opportunity may align with your expertise.

As a Vice President in the Digital Products division, you will spearhead the development of cross-asset FIX solutions tailored for execution and post-trade processes across FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities), establishing a robust and scalable framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the expansion of API trading capabilities across FICC, emphasizing trading strategies for the desk.
  • Design and implement cross-asset FIX solutions for execution and post-trade workflows, ensuring scalability.
  • Oversee the drop copy product offerings across FICC and cultivate relationships with vendors.
  • Lead the rollout of direct API offerings for post-trade STP while enhancing existing partnerships.
  • Formulate a product strategy and vision that delivers significant value to our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated partners in Technology and Sales throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage and refine a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Establish metrics to track the product's success, including cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Define product features and requirements, ensuring clear and concise documentation.
  • Oversee product backlog management, production support, issue resolution, and prioritization.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements for new releases and regional expansions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of EMS/OMS offerings and execution strategies across Cash and Futures.
  • Extensive experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Rates or FX within a technology or product-oriented capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of trading and execution API connectivity and FIX protocols.
  • Technical expertise in trading technology (APIs, Data Connectivity), FICC products, and trade lifecycles.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing intricate details for successful execution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing and driving decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering user-centric and intuitive experiences.
