About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Education Leader to join our team at Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust. As an Associate Assistant Principal, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their practice and student engagement
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote student safety and wellbeing
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent
  • Degree in a relevant subject (desirable)
  • Commitment to the Trust's aims and values
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and students
  • Awareness of child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures
