Fiduciary Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Technician to join our team at GB001 Marsh Ltd in Witham. As a Fiduciary Technician, you will play a critical role in securing agreement and settlement of balances with our clients or markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle and allocate payments and receipts for clients, including unique lines of business, program structures, and reinsurance reporting requirements.
- Work with Reinsurance professionals across Witham and London to secure reinsurance recoveries, collateral, and timely and accurate system entry of client activity.
- Support client base with transactional processing, follow-up, and securing reinsurance recoveries, collateral, and timely and accurate system entry of all assigned client activity.
- Partner with Operations Specialists to support root cause analysis and develop improved processes, protocols, and behaviors to improve outcomes in the future.
- Knowledge of currency transactions and Re/insurance concepts and principles, laws, and regulatory requirements (i.e., FCA).
- Track record of successful client account management, relationship management, engagement, and development.
- Data management and analytical skills.
- A strong client focus and good problem-solving skills to reconcile and unravel payment queries.
