Fiduciary Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Technician to join our Client Support Services department in Witham. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home for 3 days and in our office in Witham for the remaining 2 days.
Key Responsibilities- Secure agreement and settlement of balances with clients or markets.
- Handle and allocate payments and receipts for clients, including unique lines of business, program structures, and reinsurance reporting requirements.
- Work with Reinsurance professionals across Witham and London to deliver high-quality results.
- Gain significant experience working within a technical capacity for a Broker.

- Knowledge of currency transactions and Re/insurance concepts and principles, laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Track record of successful client account management, relationship management, engagement, and development.
- Data management and analytical skills.
- Experience of Insurance or Reinsurance accounting and settlement activities.
- Knowledge of Bureau markets.
- Exposure to working with currencies.
- Having provided guidance by mentoring and/or training colleagues.
