About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team at Tenth Revolution Group. As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Client Management, Strategic Alliance, and Front Office Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts via electronic signature platforms
  • Validate candidate documents and ensure compliance with country-specific requirements
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM and accounting systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, clients, and candidates
  • Assist with background checks and drug screenings, ensuring timely completion and compliance
  • Collaborate with our Legal department to manage client and candidate agreements
  • Support Sales teams in resolving issues and implementing process improvements
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as required
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in a sales, recruitment, finance, or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sage)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
