About Our Client
Our client is a leading wealth management firm, with a strong presence in the South of England. This role is based at their Whiteley offices, where you will be part of a dynamic team driving business growth and excellence.
Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading individual migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You will gain a broad understanding of our operations and develop valuable experience in M&A, while driving business growth and improvement.
- Travel to newly acquired firms to work with them to collect and analyze complex client data, ensuring rapid onboarding to our platform.
- Lead migration projects, serving as the primary point of contact with leadership and stakeholders.
- Apply business acumen to the project environment, collaborating with teams to meet stakeholder needs.
- Develop conceptual solutions to complex business problems, making recommendations for preferred solutions.
- Define and improve internal and external journeys to enhance business processes.
- Work with and maintain CRM systems to optimize efficiency across the firm.
- Analyze large, complex data sets to support key initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency in procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold a graduate degree (minimum 2:1) from a reputable university and have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in Financial Services or Management Consultancy.
- Have a solid understanding of the wealth management industry.
- Be proficient in advanced Excel skills.
- possess commercial and technical knowledge of change delivery and integration.
- Have previous project management experience in delivering complex organizational changes through collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Be a technology enthusiast with experience in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to apply that knowledge to other systems.
- Have the ability to form successful professional relationships, both internally and externally.
