About the Role:
Tulip Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a key role in engaging and helping clients leverage our company solutions for success in their ecommerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage existing client business and are responsible for shaping strategy, identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue and drive new business growth.
- Develop and strengthen positive client relationships leading to overall client satisfaction; monitor performance, track finances and forecast.
- Manage client programs and projects, serving as the primary point of contact with the client.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, logistics or a related field.
- Experience within ecommerce and fulfilment, with a focus on scheduling materials and managing inventory.
- Previous experience in working in organisations during peak trading periods, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word & PPT), with analytic skills and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports.
- Able to work in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and consistent positive attitude.
