About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a CAREGiver in Luton. As a CAREGiver, you will provide non-medical support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of non-medical services to support clients with daily living tasks
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. However, a passion for supporting others and a commitment to delivering excellent care are essential.

Availability

We offer flexible scheduling, including evening shifts (4:30pm - 10:30pm) and alternative weekends. You can choose to work just two or three days a week, with every Friday being a guaranteed shift.
