About the Role
Elevation Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a leading FMCG organisation in the UK. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the General Manager and site leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership
- Provide accurate and timely financial input to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and implement cost control measures
- Oversee financial aspects of various projects, including capex, and ensure timely and accurate reporting on project financial performance
- Operational Support
- Work closely with the General Manager to increase the company's efficiency and deliver optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency
- Financial Analysis
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and cost efficiency
- Review key spend variances on a monthly basis in partnership with the Financial Controller
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Provide visible leadership and contribute to the running of the site
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the site leadership team and budget holders
Requirements
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
- Recent relevant experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
