We are seeking an experienced Engineering/Production Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer in the Gloucester area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production team, including production, quality, and operators.
  • Oversee health and safety on site, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformances and quality issues.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs.
  • Manage manufacturing management systems for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate purchasing, stock control, and budgeting.
  • Manage logistics, including deliveries, audits, and contract reviews.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree (Minimum HND)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
