Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a residential or community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, and be available for on-call duties as required.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of individuals with complex needs.
