i3 is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience within the insurance sector, particularly in the London Market.
This position is tailored for a seasoned Business Analyst who has a comprehensive understanding of claims workflows and systems, as a primary objective will be to refine our claims reporting and operational processes.
Reporting directly to the Head of Applications, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Defining project scope and objectives.
- Estimating project timelines and resources.
- Gathering and analyzing requirements.
- Developing solutions and functional designs.
- Conducting quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Providing training to end-users on assigned projects.
While the focus will be on claims-related initiatives, involvement in underwriting and operational projects within the London Market will also be expected.
The successful candidate will effectively bridge the communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and key vendors.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 5 years in business and systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in the London Insurance market.
- Proficient in data analysis to support requirement and solution development.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong documentation skills.
Domain Expertise:
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end insurance processes.
- Familiarity with Lloyd's and Company operational procedures.
- Ability to thoroughly comprehend business processes and requirements.
- Experience with Policy Administration Systems, DUA systems, Pricing Tools, SharePoint, Market systems, and Document Management.
- Understanding of IT solutions and architecture.
- Knowledge of RPA software.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, MS Word, Excel, MS Project).
