Production Shift Manager

Michael Page (UK) is seeking a highly skilled Production Shift Manager to join their team in Hull.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the production team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for team development and growth, ensuring operational excellence and quality of products.
- Maintain safety standards in accordance with company and industry regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Manage resources and workflow to meet production targets, driving business growth and success.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Experience in a leadership role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
