About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Operational Team Lead in our Chester Central Care Community Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational management of the team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operational aspects of the care community team, ensuring the delivery of multidisciplinary health and social care services for adults, older people, and their carers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, ensuring seamless and evidence-based services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve the Trust's goals and objectives, promoting a culture of compassion, care, and commitment.
  • Ensure that the Trust's values, policies, and procedures are adhered to, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of the Trust's values, policies, and procedures, with a commitment to promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
