We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our breakfast service, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of breakfast staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure seamless breakfast service delivery, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that breakfast buffets are presented to the highest standards, meeting the brand's expectations.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a breakfast management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
