Main Responsibilities
The Sales Support team plays a crucial role in the sales and onboarding journey, supporting the Commercial Teams, Partnership Teams, and Account Management Teams with sales cycle support.
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for:
- Processing and managing CRM applications, performing initial assessments, onboarding, and quality checking for underwriting.
- Relaying requests between Underwriters and Partners/Merchants professionally.
- Ensuring documents align with Merchant Acceptance Policies, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Updating Underwriters rapidly to support quick turnaround times.
- Regularly checking CRM Platform queues and ensuring that Sales/Partners/Account Managers are actively contacting Partner/Merchants to expedite application processing.
- Suggesting process improvements to enhance team adaptability.
- Attending pipeline and underwriting company calls, offering feedback to support onboarding.
- Collaborating with internal teams on Boarding/Billing processes as needed.
- Handling assigned action tickets in Zendesk, ensuring timely completion within SLAs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships, representing the Trust Payments brand.
- Processing Requests for Change forms (RFCs) for Merchants/Partners within SLA and following up on outcomes.
- Providing regular reports on achievements and sharing feedback to management.
- Attending meetings with Support team to review priorities and training needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Preparedness for some ad hoc travel between Trust Payments locations.
- Dedication and drive as a self-starter with professional office environment experience.
- Payments experience, although not essential, is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and engage to meet objectives.
- High levels of focus and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of Zendesk and CRMs, although not essential, is preferred.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English (other languages considered an asset).
