Lead Consumer PR Expert

Ogilvy UK is seeking a seasoned Consumer PR expert to lead our consumer PR practice and drive growth in this space. As a true practitioner and ambassador for consumer PR, you will have a wealth of knowledge about what brands are doing and what great looks like in this space.

We are looking for someone who can bring connections, ideas, excitement, and knowledge to light a fire in our consumer space, helping us to keep our existing, long-term client relationships fresh and working hard for us, while bringing in new, big brands that will continue to drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative consumer PR strategies that drive results and growth
  • Lead a team of PR professionals and collaborate with specialists in advertising, behavioral science, experience, and marketing science
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media contacts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the global network to drive reputation and influence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in consumer PR, with a strong track record of driving growth and results
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media contacts
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
