Position: General Classroom Supervisor – Future Educator Opportunity
Location: Sheffield
Overview: Are you a recent graduate contemplating a career in education? This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience.
We are collaborating with several mainstream secondary educational institutions in Sheffield that are seeking to hire multiple Classroom Supervisors on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent positions in the future. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing classes across various subjects, delivering pre-prepared assignments, and managing student behavior effectively.
Our partner schools are eager to nurture graduates as future educators, providing support and training in behavior management while offering opportunities to gain experience in specific departments aligned with your subject expertise.
Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant will have some prior experience in an educational environment, exhibit confidence, and demonstrate the ability to lead classes and manage challenging behavior. A specialization in a particular subject area would be beneficial.
Contract Information:
- Full-time or part-time positions available (Monday – Friday or a minimum of 3 days per week).
- Working hours from 8:15/8:30 AM to 3:15/3:30 PM.
- Term time only, in accordance with the academic calendar.
