Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group as a Perinatal Clinical Psychologist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care to pregnant women and new mothers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that address the mental health needs of our patients

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent level of experience in mental health care
  • Literate and numerate with excellent communication skills

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working in a mental health care setting

Additional Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrable skills in written and spoken English to a standard that enables the post holder to carry out the full range of duties and responsibilities of the role effectively
