Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Canterbury. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for visiting clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer
- Competitive pay rates of £12.00 to £26.50 per hour
- Mileage paid at 30p per mile
- Minimum 1 hour visits
