Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Canterbury. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for visiting clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay rates of £12.00 to £26.50 per hour
  • Mileage paid at 30p per mile
  • Minimum 1 hour visits
