Start Monday Ltd, a leading manufacturer of world-class showers, is expanding its field service operation and seeking a skilled Shower Field Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and customer-focused individual to undertake service and repair of electric and thermostatic showers, as well as some replacement of showers in situ. As a Shower Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and meeting or exceeding customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake service and repair of electric and thermostatic showers
  • Replace showers in situ as required
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Meet or exceed customer requirements
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant experience in plumbing or electrical maintenance/repair
  • Flexible nature with a quality-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, courteous manner
What We Offer
  • Salary package £40,152 to £42,152 on area + Bonus to £2500
