Job Opportunity for a Plumber or Engineer
We are a leading manufacturer of world-class showers, and we are expanding our field service operation. As a result, we have a vacancy for a Shower Field Engineer who will be responsible for undertaking service and repair of electric and thermostatic showers, as well as some replacement of showers in situ.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual who is a Plumber, Plumbing Multi Trade, Electrician, Gas Engineer, White Goods Engineer, or Field Service Engineer with knowledge of Plumbing or Electrical maintenance/repair experience. The successful candidate will have a flexible nature, with a quality-driven approach, excellent communication skills, a friendly, courteous manner, and the determination to meet and exceed customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake service and repair of electric and thermostatic showers
- Replace showers in situ
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary of £40,152 to £42,152, plus a bonus of up to £2,500. We also offer overtime payments, a company van and fuel card, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), a pension scheme, death in service, and disability benefit.
Requirements
- Public facing customer skills
- Engineer/plumbing/multi-meter experience
- Possess a full UK driving licence
