Senior Architect Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Bennett & Game Recruitment. As a Senior Architect, you will have the opportunity to run projects at varying stages, working across the Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit planning applications and lead on projects
  • Work across all RIBA stages, conducting site visits and leading a design team
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction, liaising with clients and developing key relationships
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ARB or RIBA qualification as an Architect
  • Ability to work autonomously and support more junior members of the team
  • Ability to action a client brief and lead projects, detailing and submitting projects for planning
  • Good Revit skills and proven experience on submitting projects for planning
  • Experienced in running projects and good knowledge of construction techniques
  • Live within a commutable distance of Leicester
