Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will have the opportunity to run projects at varying stages, working within the Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial sectors. Your responsibilities will include submitting planning applications, leading on projects, and working across all RIBA stages. You will also conduct site visits, lead a design team, and resolve problems and issues that arise during construction. Additionally, you will liaise with clients and develop key relationships.

The ideal candidate will be ARB or RIBA qualified, with the ability to work autonomously as well as support more junior members of the team. You will have the ability to action a client brief, be capable of leading projects and detailing, and have good Revit skills. Proven experience on submitting projects for planning and running projects is essential. Good knowledge of construction techniques is also required.
