We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as an Accommodation Services Team Leader. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of mental health, service delivery, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver innovative and effective services to children looked after (CLA) in Swindon.
  • Develop and implement service plans to meet the changing needs of CLA, communities, stakeholders, and commissioners.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of young people and children is paramount for all staff and that they act accordingly within ABL Policy and Procedures.
  • Manage risk assessments, risk registers, and cases prioritized following safeguarding protocols.
  • Deliver an outcomes-based service delivery model, achieving and exceeding KPIs, ensuring effective allocation of resources and being responsive to service user, partner, and commissioner feedback.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in mental health-related fields.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, maintenance of effective professional boundaries, and service adherence to organizational policy and procedure.
  • Excellent people management skills and a compassionate leader, demonstrated motivational interviewing skills and experience in performance management.
  • Experience of supporting day-to-day operational demands in a performance-focused environment and direct a senior, delivery, and admin team.
