Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of full stack developers: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior developers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and implement software applications: Work with the development team to design, develop, and deploy software applications that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other teams, such as QA and project management, to ensure that software applications are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously update your skills and knowledge to stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in.Net/C# and experience in a senior developer role.
  • Leadership experience: You must have experience leading a team of developers and guiding them in the development of software applications.
  • Strong technical skills: You must have strong technical skills in areas such as event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and RDBMS.
  • Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Azure skills: Experience with Azure, including Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure DevOps.
  • CMS experience: Experience with Sitecore or Umbraco, or similar CMS platforms.
