Senior Storage Engineer

At Arcus Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Storage Engineer to join our team in London. This is a 12-month project that involves designing and building a new GPU estate for a leading Financial Technology firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance storage systems using VAST, ISILON, or other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using ArgoCD and Jenkins.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus or ELK.
  • Collaborate with the Platform team to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and deliver a high-quality solution.

Requirements:

  • Advanced level Python programming skills.
  • Strong experience with high-performance storage systems.
  • Good understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
