Customer Service Administrator

ClearCourse is seeking a highly detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to member inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process payments, update member records, and assist with incoming post and despatch of member correspondence
  • Participate in a telephone campaign to promote member renewals and retention
  • Update contact information, addresses, and email details, and escalate any issues to the supervisor
  • Train in our brand new Birmingham office and work a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in office
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience using Excel and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
