Polytec Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team as an Analog/Power Specialist. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic systems from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of electronic systems, including analog and digital circuitry, subsystems, and integration with RF, Audio, and MMI subsystems.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in electronics design, including component specification, sourcing, and PCB layout rules and constraints.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, to ensure seamless integration and testing of electronic systems.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve design and integration issues, and provide technical support to end customers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead less experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of technical documentation and standards.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience leading and owning the design of electronic systems, with a strong background in electronics design from initial concept to software and systems integration, test, and manufacture.
- Technical Expertise: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to mentor less experienced engineers and work in a small, focused team against tight deadlines.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and design methodologies.
