About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our team at Jewson. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and services to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and work with customers to generate new business.
  • Process customer orders, manage delivery times, and ensure seamless communication throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
