Sales and Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our team at Jewson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide proactive advice and solutions.
- Process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Maintain stock levels and carry out regular stock counts to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
