We are seeking two Independent Committee Members to contribute to our governance:

  • For the Treasury & Finance Committee, candidates should possess a recognized accounting qualification (CCAB or CIMA) or a Treasury certification.
  • For the Audit & Risk Committee, while a formal accounting qualification is not mandatory, a strong understanding of financial principles is essential.

We encourage applications from individuals who can provide insights into the housing sector. Additionally, candidates with experience in development, regeneration, asset management, or health and safety will be highly regarded.
