Adult Safeguarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Student Engagement and Welfare team as an Adult Safeguarding Co-ordinator. This role is integral to our pastoral structure and will involve managing and delivering pastoral care and support to our most vulnerable students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise effectively with school staff, families, and outside agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Work with vulnerable or socially disadvantaged students and their families, requiring a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Safeguarding Management team to ensure the welfare and safety of all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working with vulnerable or socially disadvantaged students and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to the welfare and safety of all students.
