Position Overview:
As an Automation and Control Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing production efficiency and ensuring optimal operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical direction to the production workforce.

- Undertake any other relevant responsibilities as required.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals with a strong academic foundation in process engineering or those who have served as maintenance technicians with experience in process control. A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician, is essential. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience, ideally within a food manufacturing context. A proven history in production technical processes and continuous improvement is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary, along with experience in PLCs, variable speed drives, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SCADA control systems, pneumatic systems, and supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles.
