In the role of Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you will have a background as a personal or fitness trainer. You should possess qualifications at REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level, along with studio experience. A proven history of driving personal training revenue and crafting fitness programs for both groups and individuals is essential.
Key Responsibilities of the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager:
- Manage, govern, and promote key services within the organization.
- Report directly to the General Manager while overseeing multiple departments.
- Take charge of our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios.
- Supervise our fitness programming, including studio classes and personal training sessions.
- Continuously enhance site standards and team performance.
- Motivate, develop, and guide your team to reach ambitious goals.
